Kjersti Kveli performing this Friday, Feb 11th

On Friday, Feb 11th at 8:30p we have singer songwriter Kjersti Kveli.
Miss Kveli is a Norwegian singer and songwriter, currently situated in New York City. Her songs and way of singing fits the description folk music, leaning into classical contemporary art songs. Educated as a soprano and a voice teacher, now creating her own musical world of experiments and expressions through and straight from the heart.

Hide Inaba live at Trash Pony Feb 10th at 7:30p

At 15 Hide Inaba wanted to just play bass in a band, but his friends asked him to step up to the mic because they didn't have the nerve. From there his music career took off, playing in local bars, clubs, and colleges throughout Tokyo. In 1997 he moved to the big apple and begin playing throughout the city. Originally from Chiba, Japan, Hide writes songs in both Japanese and English. His styles are a mix of jazz, hip-hop, pop, and ambient techno.
